Easter Landscape

First grade studied color value and used crayon and watercolors to create lovely Easter landscapes featuring pattern and changing color value. They did such a beautiful job adjusting the pressure of their crayons to create the plain stripes with a light to dark value range -- not easy for this age group but they did great! I'm only sorry there wasn't time to take pictures of them, they were all so colorful and special!
