Weaving is Wonderful

Third graders finished their weaving project this week. In addition to everyone showing a mastery of the basic tabby weave, students were given the opportunity to learn and practice three additional techniques: checkerboard, hatching ("fire"), and vertical stripes. A couple of students even wove mini "football fields." Lovely weavings third grade!
