Beautiful Feathers

This week kindergartners practiced the watercolor resist method by drawing a large beautiful feather, coloring it with crayons, and then adding watercolor to the background. They were amazed at how the crayon "resisted" the paint. Once everyone was finished they were given big table sized paper for free draw.
