Feels Like Spring

In their last two art classes, Kindergartners have been learning about color value. After studying several floral paintings by Georgia O'Keeffe, students set out to paint large flowers that showed changes in value. That takes a lot of focus and restraint - just look at their palettes, mixing the paint so carefully. Wonderful paintings Kindergarten!
