Learning from an Old Master

After studying Vincent van Gogh's artwork and his bold, fluid brush strokes, third graders created these beautiful landscapes using only the primary colors (red, yellow, blue) along with black and white. They used Van Gogh's Field of Poppies as inspiration. I'm so proud of you third grade...your color mixing, implied texture, movement, depth of field...amazing!
