Lines and Lions

PreK learned about lions and different types of lines in their last art class. For fun and to see some lion drawings, we read the book How to Hide a Lion by Helen Stephens. Afterwards, they used their line knowledge and drawing skills to add a lion's mane to a friendly lion face. Of course the end of class ended with a great big ROAR!
