Welcome to ART 2015-16

It's great to be back at Cathedral with your incredible students! They had their first art class on either Monday or Tuesday, and created artwork for the school mural project that visually celebrates this year's theme, that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made." It is so special and I hope you have a chance to check it out at tonight's Curriculum Night or the next time you are in the school hall!

PreK - colored stars
Kindergarten - stained glass crosses
1st Grade - waves of thanks
2nd Grade - planets, comets, rockets and rocket-fire, galaxies, boats, 2 speech bubbles
3rd Grade - speech bubbles
4th Grade - people
5th Grade - ocean animals
6th Grade - land animals
7th Grade - birds
8th Grade - additions to the background including compass, Cathedral logo, painting, writings, origami butterflies, and highlighting land-forms & oceans
All new students have a star in the sky with their name!
