Fall is Here!

After talking about leaves and their characteristics, kindergarten read Fletcher and the Falling Leaves, a sweet little story about a fox cub who is experiencing fall for the very first time. Then, the leaves began to rustle and swirl as the class made leaf rubbings to celebrate autumn's arrival. They focused on rubbing all the way out to the edge of the leaf so they could see its outline and shape. It was a magical experience for many as the leaf details began to appear!
